We comply with the laws that apply to the nature of our activity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in particular the E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations, the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations, the Electronic Transactions Law, the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, the tax laws as applicable, and the copyright and trademark laws. In designing the scope of the service we take into account the laws regulating the capital market and do not carry out any activity that requires a licence without obtaining it.

Applicable taxes, if any, are shown on the payment page and on the electronic receipt issued for every transaction; a copy of the receipt can be requested by e-mail.

We apply technical and administrative controls to protect our systems and data. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to admin@kamanjat.com without exploiting or publicly disclosing it; we will handle the report seriously and confidentially.

We respond to lawful requests from competent judicial or government authorities under the applicable procedures and disclose only the data that is necessary.

To report a breach of these policies, an intellectual-property infringement or misuse, or to make a complaint: admin@kamanjat.com. We acknowledge reports within two business days and handle them without delay.

We review these disclosures, our policies and the site's content periodically to keep them consistent with the law and with payment service providers' requirements, and announce any material update on the site.
